Licence Agreement

The term “Content” is defined as any files included in the product(s) purchased.

By purchasing Content from Creative Mode you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

By this Agreement, Creative Mode grants to you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable worldwide right to use Content in accordance with the PERMISSIONS and RESTRICTIONS set out below.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Content is owned by Creative Mode and is protected by international copyright laws. Creative Mode warrants that it has the right to grant this licence to you. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Content. All rights not specifically granted to you in this Agreement are reserved.

PERMISSIONS

  • You MAY edit Content for a particular purpose.
  • You MAY use Content repeatedly without further payment.
  • You MAY redistribute Content with your commercial and non-commercial products ONLY where Content has been imported into a meaningful Oracle APEX application AND Content DOES NOT constitute the majority value of the product.

RESTRICTIONS

  • You MAY NOT redistribute or resell Content as a stand-alone product.
  • You MAY NOT adapt Content for use with software other than Oracle APEX.
  • Content MAY NOT be exported from an Oracle APEX application with which it was distributed.

WARRANTY

  • Content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. No responsibility will be accepted for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect or other damages arising as a result of using our Content, including any claim of a third party.

SUPPORT

  • Content is “sold as seen”. We do not guarantee compatibility with your applications and target browser(s).
  • Should you experience problems with any of our Content please contact us and we will endeavour to provide a solution.
  • Support is not offered for Content that has been significantly modified or used with unsupported software.

REFUNDS

  • We are unable to offer refunds once Content has been downloaded.
